Domestic Orders & Shipping Rates (United Arab Emirates)
All orders within UAE (Dubai and Northern Emirates, Abu Dhabi, Alain, and Western areas) are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Orders & Shipping Rates
We currently offer regular perfumes shipping to GULF countries (KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar). For other countries, please note that perfumes shipping is not allowed in some destinations, it depends on the countries’ rules and regulations. Before you place an order, please contact us at [email protected] to check shipping availability.
Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LA CHARM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] and share your order’s details. We will check its status and update you within 24 – 48 hours.
